eCOGRA, the internationally accredited testing agency, is thriving. Executive Director Tex Rees disclosed this week that the company has taken ten new professional staff members on board. The newly hired staff consists mostly of experts in the fields of chartered accountancy, software testing and information auditing.
The company is taking on new staff to increase their capacity to offer service to a growing client base. Rees reports that eCOGRA has invested in and developed various departments within the company to ensure that clients are provided with efficient service and also to make sure that the expanding business is properly managed.
Rees says: “Our substantial investment in technology and human resources will favourably enhance our ability to meet clients’ needs and the licensing jurisdictions’ stringent criteria for accredited testing facilitiesâ€. Furthermore, he adds that “Based on unsolicited feedback, we are confident that our clients are more than satisfied with our testing and certification services, particularly in regulated markets such as Spain, Denmark and Italyâ€.
eCOGRA strives to protect gamers by enforcing industry standards, regulating online casinos and casino software and making players aware of their rights as well as responsibilities.
