The award winning online casino, 32Red, has signed a two-year deal with League One football team, Crawley Town and will be acting as sponsors to the team for the next two seasons. The casino will sponsor the football team kit, which will sport prominent 32Red branding.
Commercial Manager of Crawley Town FC, Ewan Dunlop, commented on the new sponsorship deal, saying “This is a tremendous deal for the football club. We have attracted an internationally renowned company with a well-known brand who have an excellent track record of working with football clubsâ€. He added that “They are previous sponsors of Swansea City and also worked with Aston Villa in the Premier League. We are thrilled that they can see many benefits, like ourselves, of a partnership with Crawley Town. We look forward to a long a fruitful relationship and to working closely with 32Redâ€.
Head of Marketing at 32Red, Mark Quayle, said: “We are delighted to support Crawley Town as they look ahead to their second season in League One. Our previous football sponsorships have been a great success. We sponsored Aston Villa and watched them climb the Premier League table and we were lucky enough to sponsor Swansea City and share their success when promoted to the top flightâ€. Quayle further added that “We’re looking to extend our reach to the roots of football and we’re thrilled to announce our second shirt sponsorship in the Football League this week. We’re confident that Crawley has what it takes to make the sponsorship a success for both parties and hope the trend of 32Red being a ‘lucky sponsor’ continues.â€
Crawley Town’s children’s replica kits will not, however, bear 32Red branding, because this would undermine the casino’s ethical stance as well as standard betting advertising regulations.
